About Me

My name is Jenna Brinkman and I am a junior at Bowling Green State University. I plan to obtain my Bachelor's degree in Journalism with a specialization in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing. After I finish my Bachelor's degree, I plan on receiving my Master's degree in Strategic Communication.

On campus, I am involved in many organizations. I am the current Firm Director for Bowling Green's on campus public relations firm, Falcon Communications. I am also the President of BG's chapter of Public Relations Student Society of America. Outside of these public relations organizations, I am also the Social Media Coordinator for BG Authors. BG Authors is an organization that helps engage students with new books and themes each month. I help to create social media graphics and posts that engage their followers. I also use my creative skills to be the graphic designer and social media coordinator for the music event, “Live and Loud”. I also volunteer for Bowling Green State University Athletics. I attend Bowling Green Men's Ice Hockey home games and update fans during the games through their main twitter account.

Off campus, I am interning for the Lucas County Ombudsman Office. For this internship, I help with community event planning, launching a new website, and creating professional branding images.
