Welcome to my Site.
My name is Charles Ryan and I am an undergraduate student at Bowling Green State University studying Broadcast Journalism. I currently work with the Bowling Green State University Radio Sports Organization calling play-by-play for baseball, basketball, volleyball, and football. After I graduate I plan on going on to work in the MLB as a broadcaster or as Broadcaster for the NBA. I am also working towards being a sports analyst for Sports Radio stations. Being in the Bowling Green Sports Radio Organization has taught me more about different sports.
I work on the radio talk show Smith and Sidle in the Afternoon with Jacob Sidle and Zach Smith. I work as On-Air talent as a baseball expert for the show. This show has taught me how to talk about and analyse different sports. I find new ways to talk about many different sports on the air. I have also worked as a reporter for the on-campus TV news BG24. This is where I have been able to improve my skills following stories as they unfold throughout the community. If you want to find out about when I am doing play-by-play broadcasts for different sports you can follow my twitter. You can also follow Smith and Sidle on twitter to find out when I will be join them on the show.
